2022 ADIHEX to have more exhibitors, countries, features

Abu Dhabi, The 19th edition of Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2022) will be organized by the Emirates Falconers’ Club on September – October 2 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Organizers said that the ADIHEX 2022, to be organized under the patronage of HH Shaikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, would be larger in terms of number of exhibitors, countries, area, and features.

In 2021, over 680 specialized companies and brands from 44 countries participating in 11 sectors and covering an area of 50,000 square meters, ADIHEX 2021 consolidated its high regional and international status.

More than 1.75 million visitors have attended ADIHEX since its launch, Most visitors are keen enthusiasts of heritage sports and activities, particularly falconry, equestrian, safari trips, camping, and different types of hunting.

Last year, 105,000 people visited the exhibition despite the difficult health and economic conditions resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a survey conducted by an international research institute concerned with the exhibition industry, 91% of exhibitors confirmed their participation in the next edition (ADIHEX 2022).

The research found that 92% of them confirmed that they were satisfied / very satisfied with their participation in ADIHEX 2021, held last September, and that their sales met their expectations from participating in the exhibition. They consider ADIHEX an important commercial event with very high sales potential.

Exhibitors said that the most important reasons for participating at ADIHEX are finding new business opportunities and increasing direct sales, meeting new agents and partners, making deals, entering new markets, interacting with specialists in various industries, raising awareness of their brands and the goods and services they provide, and launching new innovative products.

In terms of visitors, 94% of the respondents expressed their satisfaction with the activities of ADIHEX, while 99% confirmed that it is an important, must-visit event.

The research also concluded that 93% of hunting enthusiasts stated that they intend to make purchases or make other deals with companies they visited at the exhibition in the coming months.

ADIHEX presented a series of more than 120 workshops and hosted around 90 speakers and more than 800 delegates from falconry and sustainable hunting organizations and associations from around the world.

Majid Ali Al Mansouri, the Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee of ADIHEX and the Secretary General of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, expressed his happiness with all successes achieved during the 18th edition of ADIHEX, as well as the wide variety of programs, events, presentations, and seminars that attracted huge audiences.

The 2022 edition will present a vast array of products, innovations, and new features that meet the aspirations of exhibitors and visitors interested in the sectors of the largest hunting and equestrian exhibition and heritage preservation in the Middle East and Africa region, he added.
